Join our supportive and motivating running group sessions at Centennial Park, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. In addition to running, we also offer ocean swimming sessions at Coogee Beach and Malabar. Dive into the refreshing waters of the ocean and enhance your overall fitness and strength. Our experienced coaches will guide you through swimming techniques and help you become a confident ocean swimmer.

For a more immersive running experience, join us for our training retreats. These retreats are designed to provide you with focused training, expert coaching, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Our coaching team consists of Greta and Chris Truscott, both Athletics Australia certified coaches with extensive experience in the field. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your running goals and providing a positive and encouraging training environment.
