Competitions start promptly, and the book will be closed to further competitors five minutes before the match begins.
The SSAA Fraser Coast Branch also offers a pistol practise session on Monday mornings from 7:30 am to 9:30 am exclusively for Q50 Branch members. The club's shooting calendar provides information on specific dates and availability of ranges for practise and competitions.
Membership renewal for the SSAA Fraser Coast Branch is done through the SSAA membership office, which sends renewal forms to individuals on the anniversary of their join date. Following the instructions on the form allows members to renew their membership easily.

We provide rifle, pistol and shotgun shooting ranges in one complex, and host competition shooting matches at branch, zone, state and national levels. We also offer range practice and encourage everyone to learn to shoot in a safe environment.
Ranges are open to the public for practice on a regular basis, and you can come along to shoot in a safe environment. Competition matches are held regularly throughout the calendar year.
You can use the ranges as a range pass holder, an SSAA member, a non SSAA member, or as a junior (11 to 17 years). Cash only is accepted, with practice and competition fees listed for 2025 to 2026 as of 1 July 2025.
