The Sweat Sydney Morning Squad is the longest running and largest Intermediate to Advanced Running Group in Sydney's Centennial Parklands.
The Squad is more than 100 strong with runners of all ages and ability who are dedicated and committed to their sport. The Squad includes several Age Group Champions and successful track and roadrunners.
The atmosphere is is friendly, social, and positive with many squad members being great friends outside the group.
