We also cater to specific groups and needs. Our Self Defence for Surviving Victims of Crime (VOCAT) workshops provide tailored training for individuals who have experienced traumatic events. We also offer private self-defence lessons, perfect for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specific goals in mind.
