The majority of our classes are Vinyasa Flow, but reflecting my own journey through illness, pregnancy and into motherhood, we also offer Sports Recovery, Pre-Natal, Mums n Bubs and Kids classes.

With my background in sales and marketing I understand the pressures you and your team are under, and I will share practical, accessible tools to help improve your employees' physical and mental health.
