If you are looking to get fit, lose weight and build strength than then look no further than Triple T Personal Training. Our principal trainer Rosanna has done all those things for herself, and now she wants to help you become the best version of you possible.
At Triple T we don't scream at you to try harder, throw up or injure yourself, we encourage and support you. Although if you like to be yelled at we can arrange that too!
Triple T services the Homebush, Newington, Lidcombe and Bankstown areas with boot camp sessions currently being held in Lidcombe twice per week.
