Welcome to the Western Australian Shooting Association Inc. Representing licenced shooters, both recreational and competitive, as well as clubs, associations, and individuals, WA Shooting Association Inc (WASA) is committed to providing a voice to ensure that legal firearms licence holders are not disadvantaged by legislative changes.

One of the primary objectives of the association is to promote and foster national and international ballistic sports. With a passion for shooting sports, WASA is dedicated to creating and maintaining a supportive and inclusive community for shooters of all levels.

In addition to representing shooters' interests, WASA also works diligently to influence and educate legislators about firearms use. With ongoing activity surrounding the rewrite of the Firearms Act 1973 (WA), the association encourages members to read and familiarise themselves with the document provided on the website. This document contains valuable information that is being selectively used in the rewrite and includes numerous good ideas and recommendations.

To further engage with the shooting community, WASA provides access to a survey form, developed in partnership with the Shooters Union, to gather feedback regarding the Doxing Event in Western Australia. Additionally, the website offers access to legal advice on the matter, ensuring that members are well-informed and supported.
