For seniors, a nomination form must be submitted, along with a team nomination form if participating as a team. Players must be aged 14 years or above, with at least one player under 20 years to encourage a smooth transition from the junior competition. Senior games are also played on Wednesday nights, starting around 6pm.

Fees for juniors cover the BWA affiliation fee, which is paid directly to Basketball Western Australia, and an association affiliation fee. These fees are essential for insurance purposes and ensuring the smooth operation of the club.
