Ályth's Chair Yoga (Yoga for Every Body)

Chair yoga with gentle stretching, breathing and mindfulness is available in Gorey through Ályth's Chair Yoga (Yoga for Every Body) on the second floor of the Palms Health and Wellbeing Centre. The practice uses a chair to support balance, stability and alignment. Classes suit all ages and abilities, including people who find it harder to get down to the mat, such as those recovering from injury, those who are pregnant, older clients, or anyone looking for a more accessible way to do yoga.
