Adam’s community is straightforward and results-focused, genuinely interested in each person’s goals and success. He encourages everyone to leave egos behind and come ready to work hard. The daily-changing workouts, led by passionate instructors, are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Classes cover a range of exercise disciplines. There are bodyweight exercises based on gymnastic movements to boost coordination and core strength. Cardio classes improve cardiovascular fitness with running, rowing, and cycling. And for those interested in Olympic lifting, there are classes to master technique and build power.
Adam believes nothing is impossible for those who try. The gym is open daily, Monday to Sunday, with 24/7 access for monthly members. Coached WOD (Workout of the Day) sessions are at 9.15am from Monday to Friday, plus a community workout on Saturdays. Holiday WOD sessions welcome drop-ins at £7.50 per session.

A team of dedicated coaches is ready to support and guide you. Coach Adam has been coaching for two years and practising strength and conditioning for four. He aims to make members fitter, stronger, and healthier through fun, varied, and intense classes. Coach Charlie has six years of experience and loves helping clients smash their goals. He believes the classes are inclusive and customisable for all fitness levels.
The gym is well-equipped with barbells, bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells, wall balls, D balls, a weight training bench, a rig, and a squat rack, gymnastic rings, GHD machines, rowers, assault bikes, and resistance bands. Whatever your preferred exercise style, the equipment is there to help you achieve your fitness goals.
