Listen for announcements and stay close to your coach and teammates for guidance. During the Meet 1. Listen for your event number and heat and get ready to swim. 2.

When it is your turn, report to the designated area behind the starting blocks. 3. Listen for the starter's whistle or beep and step on the blocks or in the water. 4.

Swim your best and remember to touch the wall with your hand to finish the race. 5. After your race, exit the pool and talk to your coach for feedback. After the Meet 1.

Collect your times and ribbons from the designated area. 2. Congratulate your teammates and opponents on a job well done. 3.

Pack up your gear and clean up your area. 4. Thank the officials and volunteers for their hard work. 5.

Head home and rest up for the next meet.
