Her son, Sensei David Squires, now leads the club and continues the family tradition of running Acton Jiu-Jitsu. Sensei David has achieved numerous North American championships and titles, trained under the top Canadian Jiu-Jitsu Senseis, and has been a jiujiteiro since 1984.

The club offers children's classes, focusing on striking, grappling, takedowns, joint locks, self-defence, fitness, and fun.
