Our yoga services are designed to help individuals link their body, breath, and mind, creating a holistic and transformative experience. We offer Yoga Therapy for the Individual, which is a personalised approach to wellness. Through therapeutic applications of yoga, we empower individuals to progress towards improved health and well-being. Each student is assessed and given a home practise that is tailored and relevant to their specific needs.
In addition to individual therapy, we also offer Yoga with Purpose Group Sessions. These ongoing small weekly classes are created with the intention of building awareness of the body, breath, and mind. Students can choose to attend these classes on a casual basis or enrol in a continuous 4-week block, depending on availability.
We also provide Yoga Therapy Focus Sessions, which are ongoing series of classes focused on targeted health concerns. These sessions run in 4, 6, or 8-week blocks and address specific issues such as stress, back care, increased mobility, and post-illness recovery. Students participating in these sessions receive a pre-consultation to develop a home practise that will enhance their weekly classes.
Adelaide Yoga Therapy also offers workshops and events that combine education and practise in an experiential small group environment. These workshops aim to empower students to move towards their potential and improve their understanding of wellness.
