

Welcome! We are excited to have you join us at Adore Your Core: Pilates in Barrie. Our studio is dedicated to helping women improve their health, enhance their body confidence, and feel empowered through the practice of Pilates.
At Adore Your Core, we offer a variety of group Pilates classes both in-person at our Southeast Barrie studio and online. Our classes are designed to provide a complete core workout that is both subtle and powerful, focusing on strengthening and balancing the mind and body. Our goal is for you to feel strong, balanced, and embrace your true self.
Our Winter Pilates Schedule for 2024 is now available, with a range of classes that cater to all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates enthusiast, our classes offer something for everyone. We use equipment such as foam rollers, toning rings, and tension bands to add variety and challenge to each class.
At Adore Your Core, we believe in offering a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. Modifications are always provided to ensure that everyone can participate meaningfully in our classes. Additionally, all registered clients have the flexibility to shift between classes within a session at no extra charge, allowing for added convenience and variety.
If you are looking to improve your body tone, increase your core strength, and feel more self-confident, our Pilates classes are perfect for you. Our sessions are designed to focus on developing long, lean muscles and enhancing balance, flexibility, and movement integrity. We aim to empower you to access your deep core muscles and feel your best inside and out.
