Join us at the Birmingham University Pool or Bromsgrove for a fun and challenging swim workout tailored to your needs. Remember, all sessions are fitness-based, so it's recommended that you're able to swim at least 200m (8 lengths of a 25m pool) to fully participate.
For first-time attendees, make sure to arrive 20 minutes early to allow for registration and changing. If it's your first time swimming at the University Pool with BRAT Club, you'll need to create an account using the provided link and get a card at the registration desk upon arrival. Additionally, you can purchase a band for the lockers at the reception desk. Children aged 8 and over can also join us on Fridays in Bromsgrove and Sundays in Birmingham.
Don't forget to bring your swim costume, goggles, towel, and a swim cap if you prefer to wear one. It's also a good idea to bring a drink, which can be left at the end of the pool. If you have swimming aids such as a kick board, pull buoy, paddles, or band, consider bringing them in a netted swim bag for added convenience and efficiency during the session.
