Suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience, this class provides a journey of emotional release, laughter, healing, and overall enjoyment. However, it is important to note that an aerial intro class is required before joining the Aerial Dance Hammock Teens & Adults session.
The event takes place on Fridays, making it a perfect start to the weekend. From 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, participants can immerse themselves in the world of aerial dance, discovering new movements and practising their skills.
