Welcome to the Agar-Hutton Tai Chi Academy, located in Rushden, New Zealand. With a focus on improving mobility, balance, and mental stimulation, our academy offers a holistic approach to health and well-being through the practise of Tai Chi.

Led by experienced instructor Robert Agar-Hutton, our classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. At Agar-Hutton Tai Chi Academy, we offer a variety of Tai Chi options to suit everyone's needs. Our sessions are available for booking, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. We have classes in Rushden on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as private sessions available in Rushden and online via Zoom.

For those who prefer the convenience of home practise, we also offer on-demand online sessions that can be accessed 24/7. Additionally, we host live group video sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday evening through Zoom. These sessions cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are an excellent way to connect with fellow Tai Chi enthusiasts.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer private sessions for individuals and corporate groups. Our instructor is available for talks, demonstrations, and workshops on Tai Chi, tailored to the interests and needs of your group. We have received positive feedback from organisations such as the Women's Institute, where our talk on “Tai Chi for Health, Exercise, and Self Defence” was greatly appreciated.

Furthermore, we have a community giving programme that provides free Tai Chi or Qigong sessions on-site or via Zoom. We believe in making the benefits of Tai Chi accessible to all, and this programme allows us to give back to the community.
