In 2018, she completed her Reformer training and now offers private Reformer sessions at Halos Clinic.
Aileen Ross Rehab & Pilates operates from a beautiful and modern studio located within Halos Clinic. Situated in the heart of Oxted, the clinic is surrounded by tranquil green gardens, providing a serene environment for healing and rehabilitation. The studio is equipped with a Pilates Reformer, which is an excellent apparatus for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Personalised one-to-one clinical sessions incorporate stretching, loading, balance, and corrective components to address individual needs and goals.
In addition to Pilates sessions, Aileen Ross Rehab & Pilates also offers exercise rehabilitation services. Exercise rehabilitation is beneficial for individuals of all ages looking to maintain their health and fitness, as well as recover from pain and injury affecting the musculoskeletal system. Aileen works closely with her colleagues at Halos Clinic to treat injuries and design tailored rehabilitation programmes. When appropriate, exercise rehabilitation is integrated with Pilates to maximise recovery.
Outside of her work at the clinic, Aileen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, engaging in activities such as cycling, tennis, golf, and yoga. She has also been involved in setting up the Holland Sports Get Fit Club, a not-for-profit organisation aimed at helping adults improve their fitness and well-being.
