Welcome to Alan Neale Yoga, a yoga studio located in the heart of Waipu Cove. Our aim is to make yoga accessible for everyone, promoting physical and mental well-being. With our wide range of classes, there is something to suit everyone's busy lifestyle.
At Alan Neale Yoga, our studio operates on a monthly rotation. Each week focuses on a different aspect of yoga to help students deepen their practise. Week 1 focuses on standing poses, week 2 on forward bends, week 3 on back bends, and week 4 on inversions. The last few days of each month are dedicated to a restorative practise, allowing students to relax and restore their energy.
By participating in these monthly rotations, students can develop a strong foundation in their yoga practise.
We believe that yoga is not just a thought, but a feeling that comes from within. Our classes are designed to be both repetitive and unique, offering something new each time you step on the mat. Regardless of flexibility or injury, we provide yoga props to ensure that everyone can fully participate in the practise.
To make it convenient for our students, we offer over seven classes throughout the week. Our timetable is designed to accommodate different schedules, ensuring that everyone can find a class that works for them. We also offer a flexible package option, with 10 classes valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
