We have a fully equipped strength and free weights area, complete with squat racks and plate loaded machines. If you prefer functional training, we have dumbbells, battle ropes, and a multi-functional rack. Our cardio section includes treadmills, cross trainers, and exercise bikes.

Whatever your preferred workout style, we have the equipment you require.

To further enhance your fitness experience, we offer various training services. We provide fitness orientations to assist you in getting acquainted with our gym. Personal training is also available for those who prefer individualised guidance. If you enjoy working out in groups, we offer small group training sessions as well.
