Yes, our Teen Team (age 12+) is for teenagers who show enthusiasm and dedication and are selected for this team.

Rec Plus is a programme we have recently developed in response to the demand for more intensive classes at a non-competitive level.

Arabian Gymnastics Club | Gymnastics For All in Dublin

Gymnasts who show potential may be invited to join the Squad Programmes for more advanced training. Additionally, the Gymtots programme is a parent and toddler programme designed to help develop sensory skills and prepare children for physical play and future sports involvement.
