With the guidance of professional coaches and the use of the latest equipment, students will learn key disciplines and exercises, and have the opportunity to achieve British Gymnastics Core Proficiency badges.

Young Adults who are interested in gymnastics can join the Young Adults class, where they can either build on their existing skills or try gymnastics for the first time. In a positive atmosphere with individuals of their own age, participants can push their limits and develop strength, agility, and confidence. Opportunities for squad development are also available in this class.

For gymnasts who show significant progress, there is a chance to join the Squad Development programme. Squad gymnasts train for four hours per week and may have the opportunity to compete in various general competitions throughout the year. Many squad gymnasts have started in the Recreation class and, through hard work and dedication, have earned their place in the squad.

The classes take place on Thursday and Friday afternoons and Saturdays. The gym caters to the needs of gymnasts from the age of three to teenagers and young adults.
