Ross here, from Down Leisure Centre in Downpatrick. Just wanted to share a bit about what we've got on offer here – it's all happening, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Down Leisure Centre is kitted out with a cracking gym that’s got everything from cardio machines to strength training gear. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, the equipment’s top-notch and our friendly staff are always around to lend a hand or offer tips.
If group exercise is more your thing, we’ve got a variety of classes on the go. Think high-energy aerobics, dance, yoga, pilates – you name it. We’ve even got spinning and circuit training. Plenty to keep you moving, whatever your fitness level or interest.
Fancy a dip? Our swimming pool is spot on, with separate lanes for lap swimming and a space for a more relaxed swim. We offer swimming lessons for both kids and adults too, taught by our skilled instructors who make sure everyone’s learning safely.
For a bit of social fun, head to our sports hall. Whether you're into basketball, badminton, volleyball, or fancy a game on our outdoor tennis courts and synthetic turf pitch, there's something for everyone.
