We teach students from 4 years old upwards, with classes for cubs (4-7yrs), teens (8-12yrs), and adults (12+).
Each session blends cardio, pad work, self defence and non combative sparring for an all round workout. You will also learn kicks, punches, blocks and self defence within our traditional Japanese syllabus.
Our instructors are fully qualified, DBS checked and venues are insured. We also run a student benevolent trust fund scheme as a supplement to our regular students insurance.
