Absolute Beginners Welcome. We also welcome everyone regardless of age, gender, body type or lifestyle.
Ashtanga Viniyoga is a different approach to teaching traditional Ashtanga, aiming to be more inclusive. Viniyoga adapts yoga to the individual by modifying poses, with emphasis on function rather than form.
We set an intention and practice postures based on the Ashtanga primary series, taught one posture at a time and modified as applicable. The class also includes teaching breathing techniques that support the practice.
