The “Our Whare, Our Whnau, Our Way” campaign, launched by Auckland Rugby League, is at the heart of the club's values. Recognising that poor behaviour can sometimes occur in the heat of a match, the club aims to set a standard of positive behaviour for everyone attending game day activities.

With a zero-tolerance policy for negative sideline behaviour, Auckland Rugby League is committed to tackling any instances of poor behaviour and fostering inclusivity, safety, and support throughout the rugby league community. The club aligns with the nationwide 'Be a Sport' programme and works in collaboration with the 32 other Auckland clubs to create a united front in promoting positive behaviour and building a strong rugby league community.

The club's motto, “Respect Our House, Respect the Code,” embodies the values of Auckland Rugby League Cornwall Fields & Clubrooms. Everyone is welcome at the club, but it is important to abide by the rules that make it a better place for all. Respect for the players, referees, coaches, and supporters is essential, and bullying, swearing, and abusing others will not be tolerated. By supporting the players, referees, coaches, and volunteers, everyone can contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all involved.
