Train Taiji (Tai Chi) to build body strength, balance and mental stillness at The Taiji School in Onehunga, Auckland. The school teaches Taiji using individual and partnered movement alongside meditation, with beginners classes running Mondays and Thursdays 6:30pm to 8pm at Onehunga Community House (Room 5). Come along to watch first, or start with the first week at no charge for the new intake. Suits people wanting a calm, systematic approach.
