Aviemore Kart Raceway is an exciting outdoor go-karting track located in the heart of the picturesque Scottish Highlands. This family-friendly attraction welcomes families and groups all year round.
For those looking for a fun and exhilarating experience, Aviemore Kart Raceway offers arrive and drive bookings. These bookings are perfect for individuals or small groups of up to 15 drivers. Participants of all ages, starting from 4 years old, can join in the fun with our specially designed family karts. We have three types of family karts available: the 120cc, 200cc, and Tandems.
For adult drivers aged 17 and above, we also offer adult-only karting on our powerful 270cc karts. Arrive and drive karting sessions are available in 10-minute time trials, and multiple time trials can be purchased for both family and adult sessions.
Families can enjoy a fantastic experience together on the track with our family sessions. Kids and adults can share the track with each other on our Kadet karts, suitable for ages 8-13, and our RT-200 karts, suitable for ages 13 and above. For a unique experience, our Tandem karts allow for an adult driver aged 17+ to ride along with a passenger aged 4 and above. Dual controls enable the passenger to try driving while being supervised by the responsible adult driver.
Prices for family karts range from 12 to 18 per 10-minute trial, and additional trials can be booked if available.
At Aviemore Kart Raceway, we cater to the youngest thrill-seekers as well. We provide battery-operated karts for kids aged 3 and above. These karts have their own small track, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for little ones. The cost for this activity is just 2 per session, and no prior booking is required.
However, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using these karts.
For drivers aged 17 and above, who are looking for a more adrenaline-pumping experience, our adult-only sessions are available. These sessions are held separately from the family karts to ensure safety. The RT-270, our most powerful go-kart, is ready for those seeking a thrilling ride. Prices for adult sessions start at 16 per 10-minute trial, and multiple trials can be booked based on availability.
For larger groups of more than eight drivers, Aviemore Kart Raceway offers group bookings. Whether it's a group of friends, workmates, stag and hen parties, school groups, or even families, our racing events guarantee a day to remember. We provide various race formats and options to choose from. It's important to note that group bookings are for drivers in the same age bracket, while mixed age groups should opt for the arrive and drive sessions.
