BE:aCtive Training is a personal training studio located in Warlingham. Led by Becky, a level 3 Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, BE:aCtive Training offers personalised training and small group fitness sessions in a private and fully equipped studio.

Becky holds specialist qualifications in Pre & Post Natal exercise, as well as a Trauma Informed Approach to exercise. With a health-first approach, working with Becky is judgement-free, without the enforcement of calorie guidance, meal plans, weight tracking, or transformation photos. Recognising the detrimental effects of these aspects of diet culture on mental health, Becky focuses on individualised goals and shows clients what they can gain from exercise rather than just what they can lose.

As a mother to two small children, Becky understands the pressures and challenges of parenthood. This understanding allows her to provide support and guidance to clients facing similar circumstances. Whether you are a parent or not, Becky is passionate about working with you to help you achieve your goals.

BE:aCtive Training offers various personal training options, including 1-2-1 sessions and small group training. The rates for personal training are 45 for a 60-minute session, and if two people train together, the price is 70. All sessions take place in the fully equipped studio in Warlingham.
