The BeFIT team is led by Founder Andrea Kernohan and Coach and Operations Manager Theresa Kerr. Andrea has over 15 years of professional experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about helping people live their best lives as the best version of themselves. She oversees the general operations of the BeFIT Studio in Larne, as well as strategic vision/planning, instructor training and development, product creation, and marketing. Andrea enjoys working out, dancing, and spending time with friends.

Theresa, on the other hand, has been a member of BeFIT since early 2015 and has personally experienced a significant weight loss journey. She lost 5 stone and was so inspired by her transformation that she became a coach to share her love of fitness with others. As Operations Manager, Theresa ensures the smooth running of the BeFIT Studio, assists with instructor training, and fosters a positive and supportive environment for all members. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with her family.
