Be Lively Pilates, located in Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast, is a studio that offers a range of Pilates classes and programmes to cater to individual needs and goals. For new clients, Be Lively Pilates offers introductory classes to provide a comprehensive understanding of Pilates and the client's body. These classes consist of three private sessions, which include a postural evaluation, movement assessment, and an introduction to the Pilates machines and repertoire. From there, a personalised programme is developed to target specific goals and address individual needs.

Private classes are available for those seeking a more personalised approach to their Pilates practise. These one-on-one sessions allow the instructor to tailor each session to the client's specific needs and goals, ensuring optimal results and accelerated learning.

Duet classes are an excellent option for those who still desire individualised attention but prefer to share the studio space and time with a partner or friend. Each client is provided with an individualised programme, and the instructor works with both clients to help them achieve their fitness, health, and wellbeing goals.

In addition to private and duet classes, Be Lively Pilates also offers group classes. These small group sessions, with a maximum capacity of three clients, utilise a variety of equipment such as the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and small apparatus like foam rollers and Swiss balls. Each class is tailored to the individual needs and abilities of the clients, providing a highly supervised and personalised experience.

Be Lively Pilates also specialises in pre and postnatal classes. Specifically designed to meet the needs of pregnant women, these classes focus on breath, alignment, and body control. The exercises can be modified to suit each mother's specific requirements, helping to alleviate the physical stresses of pregnancy and promote a speedier postpartum recovery.
