Our Gym Stars programme is specifically designed for children aged 2–7 years old. It focuses on developing their fundamental movement skills and introducing them to the world of gymnastics in a fun and engaging way. Through a combination of structured activities, games, and circuits, children will develop their balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
For older children aged 8 and above, we offer our Academy programme. This programme is perfect for children who are looking to take their gymnastics skills to the next level. Our coaches work closely with each child to develop their skills and technique through a progressive curriculum. With a strong emphasis on goal setting and personal development, our Academy programme provides the perfect platform for children to achieve their gymnastics goals.
In addition to our Gym Stars and Academy programmes, we also provide gymnastics classes in schools as part of our Beth Tweddle Curriculum programme. We currently teach over 7,000 children each week, introducing them to the world of gymnastics and helping them build their confidence, social skills, and physical fitness.
