Blue Lotus Tai Chi

Blue Lotus Tai Chi is a well-established Tai Chi school located in Saint Helens, New Zealand. They have been welcoming students since 2004 and offer classes in Chi Kung (also known as 'Breath Work') and Tai Chi Form.

Chi Kung is a form of gentle exercise that combines breathing and movement to promote a harmonious flow of energy through the body. This traditional Chinese exercise is non-competitive and no special clothing or equipment is required.

Blue Lotus Tai Chi offers classes at various locations in Saint Helens, including Rainford, Moss Bank, Newton-le-Willows, Billinge, and Ashton. Each class lasts for 90 minutes and costs 6 per person. All classes are open, and new students are always welcome. They do not require advance booking or payment for courses, and cash payment is accepted at the venue.
