Throughout the 12 weeks, Sound Fitness Studios Kent House Beckenham will work closely with each participant to kickstart their journey towards a healthier, fitter, leaner, and more toned version of themselves. Our small group training sessions take place at our private gym facility, which features brand new equipment and provides ample space for everyone to work out comfortably.

Sound Fitness Studios Kent House Beckenham offers both group and private one-to-one training programs. The group program starts at £269, while the private program starts at £499. To secure a spot, participants need to make a 25% deposit.

Whether you're an experienced weightlifter or a beginner, our trainers will be there to support and guide you every step of the way. Our strength and conditioning sessions are specifically designed to help you tone up, shed pounds, and increase your overall strength. And with a focus on nutrition, our program ensures comprehensive results.

To book a small group session, participants will have access to our convenient booking app. Each session lasts for a duration of 45 to 50 minutes.

We understand that life can get busy, and if you're unable to fit in all your sessions within one week, don't worry! You have the option to schedule them for the following week. Additionally, if you're planning to start the program after the Christmas period, you can reserve a space by making a non-refundable 25% deposit and kickstart your transformation journey in January 2024.
