Wear workout attire and bring grip socks, as they are required for class. If you don't have a pair, you can purchase some in the studio.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins and check in at the front desk. Let us know of any injuries or limitations so your instructor can guide you with appropriate modifications.
Leave your belongings in a locker or in the studio cubbies during class, keeping the floor space clear for safety. If you need your phone during class, tell the front desk or instructor so we can maintain a distraction free environment.
