We offer a wide range of programmes and services to cater to your specific needs.
At Boxing Professor, we understand that everyone has different goals and fitness levels. That is why we offer personalised one-on-one training sessions, where you will work closely with our experienced trainers to build the basics of boxing from the ground up. These sessions focus on improving strength, conditioning, coordination, self-confidence, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner or looking to polish your skills, our trainers will provide professional supervision and guidance to help you reach your fullest potential.
In addition to one-on-one training, we also offer a variety of fitness classes. Our Olympic Boxing classes are available from Monday to Thursday in the evenings, providing a structured environment for those who are interested in pursuing competitive boxing. For those who are looking to get in shape and have fun, our Boxing for Fitness classes are available from Monday to Thursday in the evenings, as well as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. We also have a Saturday morning class for those looking for a weekend workout.
These classes are designed to improve overall fitness, increase cardiovascular endurance, and enhance boxing skills in a supportive and motivating atmosphere.
