At Bridgnorth Yoga Studio, they offer a wide range of yoga and wellness practises for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, there are classes and disciplines suitable for all ages and abilities. They even offer specialised classes for those with disabilities, restrictions, and injuries, as well as SEND Yoga Therapy for children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety.

For those who are trying to conceive, Bridgnorth Yoga Studio also provides the ancient Indian science of Garbhasanskar to support couples in conceiving a child. They offer PreNatal and Post Natal Pregnancy classes, as well as Hypno-Birthing and Art therapy.

The studio offers various styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kirtan, Meditation, Breathe Work (Pranayama), Mindfulness, Chair and Modified Yoga, Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra Meditation, Ayurveda Pre-conception, and more. In addition to yoga, they also offer other wellness practises such as Chakra Dance, Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremonies, Tai Chi Qi Gong, Pilates, Art Therapy, Crystal Healing, and Reiki.

Bridgnorth Yoga Studio provides a range of options for students, including 1–1 sessions, group bookings, and online Zoom classes. They cater to schools, local authorities, companies, care homes, hen parties, birthdays, and more. Students can choose their preferred teacher for yoga, reiki, chakra cleanse, pranayama, crystal healing, or SEN Yoga Therapy.

When booking a class, students must confirm that they are in good health and fit enough to attend. They must also agree to adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for equipment use and bring their own mat and equipment. Additionally, students are responsible for clearing a safe space to practise yoga free of obstacles.

Please note that there is a 24-hour refund policy on booking cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, unless exceptional circumstances arise.
