Welcome to Cambridge Fitness, the top gym in Cambridge, New Zealand. With our 24-hour access, you can work out at your own convenience, ensuring you never miss a workout. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you during our staffed hours, from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm, and on Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm. On Saturdays, we are staffed from 8 am to 11 am, and on Sundays, we offer 24-hour access.

Additionally, we have a full range of both “new school” and “old school” weight and strength training equipment, ensuring that you have plenty of options to challenge and strengthen your muscles.
