The studio is owned and run by Candice Sullivan, a highly experienced Pilates teacher who has been teaching group and private Pilates since 2004. Candice follows the classical Pilates Method, ensuring that clients receive the authentic and effective Pilates experience. The equipment is spotless before and after each use, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for clients.
One of the highlights of Candice Sullivan Pilates is the Realign & Revitalise Retreat Yoga and Pilates Day, which takes place from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. This day retreat, held at the stunning Champneys health and fitness spa in Hampshire, is focused on providing a full body and mind revival through breath-work and meditation, awakening both physical and inner strength. The retreat includes a healthy breakfast and lunch with soft drinks, tea, and coffee, as well as workshops on yoga and breath-work taught by Emma-Louise Geary and a workshop on using breath in Pilates mat work taught by Candice herself. Participants also get to enjoy a class of yoga and Pilates fusion and have access to the spa facilities until 6 pm.
This retreat offers a social and fun-filled day for everyone interested in rejuvenating their mind and body.

Using the authentic equipment invented by Joseph Pilates, clients can experience the transformative effects of Pilates exercises. The studio is open from Monday to Thursday, providing flexible scheduling options for clients. Candice Sullivan, the founder and instructor, has a strong background in fitness, starting with a career as a Personal Trainer in 2002. Recognising the value of good alignment, posture, and correct movement patterns, she pursued Pilates training through the London-based Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) in order to effectively teach her clients. In addition to her BCPA qualifications, Candice Sullivan holds certifications in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Centre, Personal Trainer L3 from premier Training, Diet & Nutrition L3 from Stonegate College, and Back4Good Practitioner L4 from BCPA.
