Capital Dugout is a baseball club located in Narrabundah, Canberra. Led by Frank Gailey, a seasoned professional with 30 years of baseball experience, including 13 years in professional baseball, Capital Dugout offers a comprehensive training and mentorship programme for young athletes in the Canberra community.

The team at Capital Dugout is committed to providing the best possible baseball training and support for all athletes, both on and off the field. Frank Gailey brings his passion for the game, along with his expertise in the mental approach and lessons learned, to help athletes succeed not only in baseball but also in their personal lives and as valuable members of the community.

Capital Dugout offers a range of private instruction options to cater to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Athletes can book one-on-one private lessons in pitching, hitting, fielding, or a combination of skills. These lessons are offered in 30-minute increments to maximise the training potential of each athlete. Additionally, Capital Dugout offers package deals, such as a 5-lesson package with $20 savings or a 10-lesson package with $50 savings and a free 10th lesson.

For those who prefer to train in small groups, Capital Dugout also offers private instruction for groups of two or more athletes. This allows athletes to receive private instruction while enjoying the savings and fun of training with a partner or a small group.

Capital Dugout is conveniently located at 3 Narupai Street, with indoor cages that provide a comfortable and controlled environment for training. For large groups or camps, Capital Dugout is available upon request for pricing and availability.

To book a lesson at Capital Dugout, athletes can contact them via phone or email. Due to COVID19 restrictions, all lessons are currently conducted outside. Athletes are advised to provide their preferred day and time when booking a lesson.
