Prior to starting personal training sessions, Caroline will have a thorough consultation with you to discuss your goals, any injuries or health concerns, and any specific preferences you may have, such as incorporating boxing or focusing on bodyweight exercises.
The personal training sessions with Caroline can involve a variety of equipment, including weights, kettlebells, boxing, battle ropes, skipping ropes, medicine balls, or simply using your own body weight and an exercise mat. The sessions can take place outdoors in a park or at your own home. If you prefer to train with a friend, Caroline also offers shared sessions.
For pricing, Caroline offers one-off individual sessions at 35 for one person or 40 for two people. For those interested in multiple sessions, there is a block of 10 PT sessions for 300 for one person or 350 for two people. Sessions before 9 am last for 45 minutes, while those after 9 am are 60 minutes.
In addition to personal training, Caroline also runs group “bootcamp” sessions in Benenden and Tunbridge Wells. These sessions cater to all levels of fitness, from beginners to the ultra-fit.
