Carron Gymnastics Centre, located in Falkirk, is the place to be for all gymnastics enthusiasts in the area. With its state-of-the-art training facility, the centre offers a wide range of equipment to cater to all your gymnastics needs. Whether you're into Women's or Men's artistic gymnastics, want to practice on the foam pit, full-size sprung floor, or air and tumble tracks, we've got you covered.
But Carron Gymnastics Centre is not just a place for serious training. We believe in making fitness fun and accessible to all. That's why we offer a variety of gymnastics activities for every age group. From pre-school gymnastics to development sessions, fun and fitness sessions, and even holiday camps, there's something for everyone.
We're proud to be the home of two local gymnastics clubs, Tryst and Stenhousemuir Gymnastics Club, and we fully support their participation in competitions. We're all about creating opportunities for our gymnasts, coaches, and volunteers to progress and compete. Together with Tryst Gymnastics Club and Stenhousemuir Gymnastics Club, we're building a strong community of gymnastics enthusiasts.
If you're looking for something more relaxed, we also offer recreational sessions and fun-based, less structured sessions. Our extensive holiday camp programme is the perfect opportunity to have fun while improving your gymnastics skills.
For our littlest gymnasts aged 0–5 years, we have special Stay and Play Gymnastics sessions. These sessions allow children to play and explore age-appropriate and exciting gymnastics equipment, all under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches. Please note that these sessions are parent/carer led, so parents/carers must be present at all times.
