Centre Stage places a big emphasis on hands-on learning, giving the students a chance to hit the stage every term. They produce four full-scale shows each year in a professional theatre, so the students get to experience the thrill of performing in front of an audience.

Lydia Fitzgerald as Operations Director ensures the academy runs smoothly. David Gillett, the Creative Director, brings fresh and engaging ideas to the productions. Katy Tipp keeps the accounts in check and manages other academies, while Alex Stanley looks after Beckenham and office operations. Farli Rogers is in charge of Maidstone and Medway, and Nathan Higham focuses on educational development.
