At Chapel Pilates & Yoga Studio, we believe that Pilates and Yoga are not just physical workouts, but also a mind and body experience. We also specialise in healing and rehabilitation. Our instructors are experienced in helping individuals with various conditions, such as back-pain, spinal issues like scoliosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Stenosis, shoulder, knee, and hip rehabilitation, arthritis, low bone density issues, and neurological conditions. By improving core strength and offering targeted exercises, we aim to decrease pain and improve functionality.
For athletes, we offer athletic conditioning programmes. Pilates has been recognised in the worlds of sports, athletics, and dance for over 50 years, with famous advocates like Tiger Woods and Venus Williams. In addition to our group classes, we also offer private equipment Pilates and studio sessions. Equipment Pilates is a comprehensive body-conditioning programme that includes over 500 movements designed to work your entire body.
For those who prefer group classes, we offer a variety of yoga and Pilates group classes suitable for all ages, experience levels, and abilities. These classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of Pilates and Yoga while improving strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises in our classes promote elongated and toned muscles and create a strong body core, focusing on abdomen, lower back, and buttocks strength.
If you are unable to attend in-person classes, we also offer online group classes via Zoom. These classes are live and interactive, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. The online group class schedule is available for you to choose the classes that suit your needs.
