Equipment Pilates is a comprehensive body-conditioning programme that includes over 500 movements designed to work your entire body.
For those who prefer group classes, we offer a variety of yoga and Pilates group classes suitable for all ages, experience levels, and abilities. These classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of Pilates and Yoga while improving strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry.
