The club offers a free Personal Walking Plan that can help individuals feel healthier and happier in just six weeks. Healthcare professionals can also refer their patients to the club's structured and supportive walking programme, which complements their care.
The Charleville Walking Group is part of a larger network of over 600 walking groups nationwide. To join, simply search for a walking group within a 10 km to 100 km radius of your location. Once you find a group near you, register, and contact the Walk Organiser for more information on getting started. Walk Organisers are the backbone of the club's programme and play a vital role in planning walking routes, meeting times and places, and welcoming new members.
For those interested in taking on a leadership role, the club encourages individuals to become Volunteer Walk Organisers and start their own walking group.
