In terms of green fees, Chinderah Golf welcomes both members and the public. For social play, the course is open seven days a week, except for Monday and Thursday mornings, which are reserved for members. Visitors can enjoy a round of golf starting at 11:00 am NSW time on these restricted days.

The driving range at Chinderah Golf is a popular spot for golfers to practise their swings and improve their skills. Buckets of balls are available for hire, and there is no need to book in advance. Additionally, clubs can be rented for those who do not have their own equipment.

Chinderah Golf does not accept reservations for tee times or golf carts. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, providing equal opportunities for all players. However, during peak holiday seasons, there may be a short waiting time for golf carts due to high demand.

Large groups are welcome at Chinderah Golf, although it is recommended to call in advance for groups larger than 12 players. As the course accommodates a maximum of 4 players per group, larger groups will need to split into smaller groups during play to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.

Operating hours at Chinderah Golf vary with the seasons. Currently, the gates open at 5:30 am and close at 6:00 pm NSW time. Tee-off times for 9 holes are no later than 3:30 pm, while tee-off times for 18 holes are no later than 2:00 pm. The driving range stops selling buckets of balls at 5:00 pm, and hitting must cease by 5:30 pm.

All hire equipment and golf carts must be returned before 5:30 pm.

For players who do not have their own clubs, Chinderah Golf offers hire sets for rent on both the course and the driving range. It is compulsory for every player to have a set of clubs when playing on the golf course.

Chinderah Golf operates year-round, except for Christmas Day or in cases where weather conditions make playing unsafe. There is no strict dress code at Chinderah Golf, allowing players to wear comfortable clothing of their choice. However, enclosed footwear is recommended for safety reasons.
