Founded by Kerry Ashcroft, a passionate figure athlete and accredited Sports Nutritionist, Coach Kerry understands the unique fitness needs and aspirations of women. We offer personalised coaching and nutrition plans tailored specifically to women's bodies and lifestyles.
Our coaching philosophy focuses on empowering women to be strong, confident, and healthy both physically and mentally. At Coach Kerry, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where women can feel comfortable and confident in their fitness journey. We believe that fitness should be enjoyable and empowering, not a chore or a punishment.
We offer a variety of coaching programmes to cater to women at all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have a programme that's right for you. In addition to personalised coaching, we also organise regular team training sessions, workshops, and team photo shoots. These events provide an opportunity to connect with like-minded women, find inspiration, and stay motivated.

Coach Kerry was born in the UK and moved to Australia over 10 years ago with her husband and two daughters. Fitness has always been a significant part of her life, from running half-marathons to practising martial arts. In her early 20s, she developed a keen interest in nutrition, initially focused on diets and fat loss. Over the years, she tried various diets and fitness trends but saw short-lived results.
Upon moving to the Sunshine Coast, Coach Kerry discovered her love for weight training. Joining a gym to meet new people, she participated in an 8-week challenge that combined cardio fitness with strength training. To her surprise, she won the challenge, igniting her passion for bodybuilding. She has since competed in multiple competitions, winning 12 State and National titles and achieving professional status in 2019.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, with the temporary closure of public gyms, Coach Kerry shifted her focus to performance sports like crossfit and trail running. This experience opened her eyes to the incredible achievements of women of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Witnessing women smashing their fitness goals and falling in love with their bodies for what they could accomplish rather than their clothing size was empowering and inspiring for Coach Kerry.
As a coach and mentor, Coach Kerry's favourite part of her job is helping other women realise their true potential and fall in love with their bodies for all the amazing things they can achieve.
