Colwyn Netball Club is based at the Rydal Penrhos Sports Hall in Colwyn Bay. The sports hall provides a spacious and well-equipped venue for our training sessions and matches. We have access to indoor netball courts, changing rooms, and ample parking for our members and visitors.

We offer training sessions for players of all ages and abilities. Our Training Infants group is for players aged 5–10 years, or those in infant or junior school. Led by Coach Cat Goodson, these sessions take place every Wednesday from 6-6:45pm.

For players aged 11-14 who do not play in the North West Wales Netball League, we have the Juniors training session. Led by Coach Lorien Mackenzie-Chadwick, these sessions are held on Wednesday from 6:45-7:30pm.

Our Adult & League training session is for players over 13 years old and those selected to play in the North West Wales Netball League. Led by Coach Amy Thompson, these sessions take place every Wednesday from 7:30-9pm.

We welcome new members of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you're a seasoned netball player or just looking to improve your fitness, there is a place for you at Colwyn Netball Club. At Colwyn Netball Club, we believe in the power of competitive netball to help youths acquire skills, values, and attitudes that enhance their development, create aspirations, and encourage inclusion. Our aim is to generate a lifelong enjoyment of sport and physical activity, placing emphasis on effort, attitude, and technique over outcome. We strive to ensure that the club's reputation is built on fair play and good sportsmanship. Netball is more than just a sport to us; it is a way to create our best moments, build lasting friendships, and be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their ability or age.

Our coaching team comprises experienced and dedicated individuals who are passionate about netball. Amy Thompson, our Head Coach for the Adults, has been involved in netball for nearly three decades and takes pride in seeing players grow in skill and confidence. Lorien Chadwick, our Head Coach for the Under 14s, has extensive experience playing and coaching netball at various levels, including representing her county and playing in the top league. Both coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our training sessions and matches.
