Comet Swimming Club

By the name, Asteroid classes are for children who have just finished Star Party and are ready to advance their skills further. In this level, children will continue to develop their water confidence and work on skills such as submerging their face, blowing bubbles, and gliding on their front and back. They will also learn basic freestyle and backstroke movements.

COMETS Beginners Comets Beginners is the next step for children who have completed the Asteroid level. In this level, children will start to refine their freestyle and backstroke technique. They will also learn breaststroke and butterfly movements. Comets Beginners focuses on building stamina and endurance in swimming, as well as introducing basic starts and turns.

COMETS Advanced Comets Advanced is for children who have mastered the basic swimming strokes and are ready to further improve their technique and endurance. In this level, children will refine all four swimming strokes – freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. They will also work on advanced starts, turns, and underwater swimming techniques. Comets Advanced prepares swimmers for competitive swimming or joining our Swim Fit Adults programme.

SWIM FIT ADULTS Swim Fit Adults is a programme designed for adults of all swimming abilities who want to improve their fitness and technique. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our qualified instructors will tailor the classes to suit your needs. The programme includes stroke development, endurance training, and fitness workouts. It's a great way to stay fit, relieve stress, and enjoy the water.

PRIVATE LESSONS We also offer private lessons for those who prefer one-on-one instruction. Private lessons are beneficial for swimmers who require individual attention or have specific goals to work towards. Our experienced instructors will work with you to create a personalised lesson plan to help you achieve your swimming goals.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY BOOSTER During school holidays, we offer booster classes to help swimmers maintain and improve their skills. These classes are intensive and focus on specific areas, such as stroke technique, starts and turns, or endurance training. Booster classes are a great way to continue progressing in swimming during the holiday break.
